the staff were very friendly, experienced and helped me with private parking. my single room was brand-new, had a comfortable bed. coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were available. its location was unbeatable very close to the hannover central station. found a place called bistro bei andronaco, set very close to the hotel, ate there a few times. the service was excellent, including a fast check-in.
